We are always looking for vendors, crafters, junkers, and antiquers who want steady exposure and an affordable setup opportunity in East Texas. Beyond the spring markets, Texas Craft Fair also hosts special event weekends like a Valentines Market and an Easter Market, including a free egg hunt and an Easter Bunny for families. When fall arrives, the season shifts into Haunted Woods and Night Markets, running from the last weekend of September through the first weekend of November, combining nighttime shopping with one of the area’s most talked about seasonal attractions. Texas Craft Fair is currently seeking a dedicated team of coordinators for the 2026 season. This opportunity is ideal for experienced crafters, vendors, or community builders who want to play an active role behind the scenes and help guide the future of Texas Craft Fair.
Coordinator duties include assisting with marketing and promotions, reviewing vendor applications, approving or denying submissions, and collaborating as a team on ideas for special events throughout the year. Coordinators will communicate through a group messaging thread to share ideas, stay organized, and work together on planning and execution.
Primary responsibilities focus on outreach to current and potential vendors, responding to applications through our admin panel, and helping maintain clear and timely communication during market seasons.
In return, coordinators receive free vendor space all year, the ability to reserve the Texas Craft Fair grounds for a few weekends each year at no cost for your own events, and additional founder-level privileges as the program continues to grow.

Texas Craft Fair events are held outdoors and are subject to unpredictable weather conditions including wind, rain, lightning, heat, and other environmental hazards.
Unsafe conditions are determined solely by Texas Craft Fair event management. This may include sustained winds, gusts, storms, or any situation that presents a safety risk to vendors, guests, vehicles, or surrounding property.
If a vendor chooses to set up, remain, or operate after unsafe conditions have been declared, they do so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
Texas Craft Fair, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for:
Vendors are solely responsible for properly securing all tents, canopies, and displays using appropriate weights and safety precautions. A minimum of 40 lbs per canopy leg is required.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Texas Craft Fair and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from vendor participation in the event.
Texas Craft Fair reserves the right to require vendors to tear down or leave for safety reasons at any time. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
If a vendor chooses to remain set up after unsafe conditions are declared, the vendor accepts full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their booth, canopy, or equipment.
By completing registration and/or setting up at the event, vendor acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
